By Jimmy Jackson

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced that the sale of 2025 Direct Entry, DE, application forms will commence on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.

The Direct Entry registration is intended for candidates with degrees, diplomas, or A-Level certificates seeking admission into universities of their choice.

Dr. Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s Public Communications Advisor, emphasized the need for candidates to meet all entry requirements and warned that false declarations will attract severe penalties.

He further stated that a special committee will verify all submitted A-Level qualifications, and fraudulent documents will lead to prosecution.

The board also urged tertiary institutions to independently verify candidates’ credentials before offering admission.

Registration can only be carried out at JAMB Professional Registration Centres, PRC, nationwide.

Benjamin reaffirmed the board’s commitment to ensuring transparency and integrity throughout the admission process.
