C’River State Environmental Sanitation to Hold on March 30

The Cross River State Ministry of Environment has announced that, the State wide environmental sanitation exercise for the month of March will hold on Saturday 30th march, 2024.

In a publication signed by the Cross River State Commissioner for Environment, Hon. Moses Osogi, he urged business owners and residents in every part of the state to partake in the cleaning and evacuation of waste around their surroundings during the hours of the sanitation exercise.

Osogi also stated that, there will be restriction of human and vehicular movement in the State from the hours of 6:30am – 10am except for those on essential duties.

The Commissioner further declared that, defaulters of the Sanitation law of the State shall be prosecuted by the State Government.
